What is Hawkins Radiation?

How have scientist proven that Hawkins radiation exists?

I think you mean Hawking radiation. Hawking radiation is a type of thermal radiation (that is, radiation ofh eat) thought to come from black holes. Stephen Hawking proposed a theory of this sort of radiation in 1974. Most of the evidence is simply indirect; there has not yet been any observational proof of Hawking radiation.
