What factors lead to low heart disease in Roseto Valfortore?
Roseto heart disease was 30% below national averages, and diet and lifestyle and genetics were not a factor to the good health.

Should people live in small communities with strong family and friend support for their health?

Not necessarily small communities but a community who is supportive and has stress-free and relaxing atmosphere close to family and relatives. These are just some of the factors. Balanced diet, lifestyle, and genetics plays a role too in the occurrence of heart diseases.
