What are vacuum fluctuations?

Can matter be created from nothing and energy restored when matter is annihilated?

Is there any rationale logic in the philosophy of spontaneous matter and annihilation?

I believe 100% in evolution and in the big bang, but vacuum fluctuations are a scientist's version of creationism. It is another example of a learned person refusing to say, "I don't know."

Evolution is the wrong word for vacuum fluctuations. It is probably more correct to think "Parrallel dimension" or "flat world and strings". If you mean that the nuclear transformations from high energy to matter than this would be more transmutation than evolution.

I mean that I believe in science and that vacuum fluctuations are not science they are religion.

I don't think the conclusion is that vacuum fluctuations create matter. One theory that Quantum mechanics proposes is Virtual foam. Strange shapes at a very small level pop into and out of existence.

Look at the strange forms that scientist know: electron and positron, matter and anti-matter, quarks and their anti-quarks, dark energy, and dark matter. One scientist said, "we don't total understand, but we know they work". E=mc2 works and has been verified in gravity and timespace.

"I don't know is the beginning of understanding"

Black holes really are counter intuitive, matter from nothing and energy from annihilation.
