2nd law is. The relationship between an object's mass m, its acceleration a, and the applied force F is F = ma. Acceleration and force are vectors (as indicated by their symbols being displayed in slant bold font); in this law the direction of the force vector is the same as the direction of the acceleration vector.

The 3rd law is. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I think you know the first law. In case you need, here are all three.

First Law:
A body tends to stay in the resting state or tends to move with a uniform velocity unless an external force is applied on it.

Second Law :
The net external force on a body is equal to the mass of that body times its acceleration; F = ma. Alternatively, force is proportional to the time derivative of momentum.

Third Law :
Every Action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Newton's 2nd Law (The Law of Momentum): Force equals mass times acceleration (F=m*a)

Newton's 3rd Law (The Law of Reciprocal Actions) : For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction

I will give you definitions for all the 3 laws ::::::

*** The First Law of Newton :

If no resultant force ( unbalanced force ) acts on particular body, then it must be stationary or moving in a straight line path with an uniform or constant speed ( velocity ).

*********************************************************************************
So, the definition for the 'Force' is ,

If there is something that can change the condition of motion on a straight line path with an uniform speed or condition of stationary that is called a Force.

********************************************************************************

*** The Second Law of Newton :::

If a resultant force (unbalanced force) acts on a body, there is a change of momentum along the direction of the resultant force, and the resultant force is directly proportional to the rate of change of momentum.

#### This is used to derive the formula :::: F = ma
where ,,,,,,,,
F is the resultant force
m is the mass of the body
a is the acceleration.

*****************************************************

*** The Third Law of Newton :::

If a body exerts a force on another body ( we call this force as the " action" ), then the second body exerts the same force on the first body in the opposite direction ( we say this force as the "reaction" )
