Web resource for math problems that are interesting - for advanced high school and college students
I'm looking for sites that have math problems that require creativity from students, not just knowledge of the material, like the kinds of questions they use for math competitions. Thanks!

If you are looking for challenging, fun, problems that require creativity and stretch good students, two possibilites are the STEP exam papers used to test applicants by the top British universities like Cambridge, and the problem sets used for the International Mathematical Olympiad. If you're looking for more normal college coursework, MIT Open Courseware has a lot of material.

Waterloo University runs Canada-wide math competitions for all high school grades. The later contests (especially the Euclid) get fairly sofisticated. Their past exams are here: http://www.cemc.uwaterloo.ca/contests/past_contests.html
