NO!
Thutmose was a pharaoh, an Egyptian king. (Well, actually there was a whole Dynasty of 'em. Called the Thutmosids.18th dynasty Egypt.)
The most famous was Thutmose III, who succeeded (and nearly wipred from history) queen Hatshepsut. He followed in the footsteps of his ancestors and carved out a large empire for Egypt, stretching out east and south and taking over lands Egypt had once been mostly content to trade with. (He also did much bragging on beautifully carved monuments. High quality bragging at least...)
Moses was never a pharaoh and is traditionally dated to the era of Ramesess II, who was much later (19th dynasty Egypt) although he is sometimes linked with the court of Akhenaten, who was thought to be a descendant of Thutmose III and was part of the later 18th dynasty.
