Yes there are few examples of artifacts, inscriptions and pottery from that early Egyptian age.
The Narmer Palette, a tablet from the year 3100 B.C. which depicts Egyptian pharaoh Narmer in the traditional pose of smiting the enemies of Egypt.

Narmer is believed to be Menes, the founder and unifier of Egypt during the 1st. dynasty. He is thought to be the successor to the mythic predynastic King Scorpion.
The pyramids in the other hand were created some 500 years later, during the reign of Khufu, 2589 to 2566 B.C. in the 4th. Dynasty

Is there any artifact, inscription, pottery that would predate the Egyptian civilians to be older than 3100 BCE?
Were the Great pyramids created in 3100 BCE?
