Yes there are few examples of artifacts, inscriptions and pottery from that early Egyptian age.

The Narmer Palette, a tablet from the year 3100 B.C. which depicts Egyptian pharaoh Narmer in the traditional pose of smiting the enemies of Egypt.

You are talking about a dynastic period, the 1st. Egyptian Dynasty between 3100 B.C. to 2890 B.C. Narmer was a Pharaoh who ruled Egypt during the 32nd. Century B.C., between 3100 to 3050 B.C. Narmer is believed to be Menes, the founder and unifier of Egypt during the 1st. dynasty. He is thought to be the successor to the mythic predynastic King Scorpion.

The pyramids in the other hand were created some 500 years later, during the reign of Khufu, 2589 to 2566 B.C. in the 4th. Dynasty

Additionally, if the question asks for predynastic, protodynastic and early dynastic artifacts, we should then focus on Egyptian cultures previous to the unification (before the year 3100 B.C.), such as Upper Egypt´s:

* Amratian, also called Naqada I (4000 to 3500 B.C.)
* Badarian (4500 to 3900 B.C.)
* Gerzean, also called Naqada II (3500 to 3100 B.C.)

Lower Egypt´s:

* Faiyum (5200 to 4400 B.C.)
* Merimde (5000 to 4100 B.C.)
* El-Omari (4600 to 4300 B.C.)
* Maadi (3900 to 3500 B.C.)

Pottery, artifacts and other examples:
