No. After doing a lot research i have found no evidence of a Obelisk currently in Saudia Arabia. How ever there is a tower in Riyadh which resembles a Obelisk. The name of the tower is Faisaliah Tower. Please read the link it will give you more details of the tower. Also i checked www.wikipedia.org on the subject and it listed the countries where Obelisk are and Saudia Arabia was not one of the countries countries listed are

Egypt – 9
France – 1
Italy – 11
Poland – 1
Turkey – 1
United Kingdom – 4
United States – 1
