In the first place, you have to define which *kind* of evolution you mean.
If by evolution you mean "natural selection", then, if you presume that the laws of physics and chemistry have not changed since the earth was formed, then, given how quantum theory describes the way that atoms and molecules can move and interact in a semi-random fashion, i.e. Brownian motion is an example, and given how natural selection is simply a process of weeding out the random combinations that can survive, then...
... sorry... but there has been observered zero occurrences of cellular and/or physiological organization that could not, in principal, be explained by natural selection.

"Evolutionary science is a work in progress. New discoveries are made and explanations adjusted when necessary. And in this respect, evolution is just like all other sciences. Research continues to add to our knowledge. While we don’t know everything about evolution (or any other scientific discipline, for that matter), we do know a great deal about the history of life, the pattern of lineage-splitting through time, and the mechanisms that have caused these changes. And more will be learned in the future. To date, evolution is the only well-supported explanation for life’s diversity."

The only life forms that can not be explained by evolution are the ones that are genetically modified by scientists in labs, for example the company monsanto who sells Round Up (the herbicide) has developed a type of corn called round-up ready corn to not be affected by the herbicide. This plant did not evolve this way, unless you include in evolution the selective manipulation of species by another species....but this still does not mean that the principles of evolution can't still be applied to everything untouched by man.

Yes, the theory of evolution incomplete because until now, there are still new discoveries are being added and we are continuously evolving as we go through life. -quote-

You're confusing an understanding of the theory of natural selection with where we're at with our knowledge of the taxonomic tree of life.

The biggest problem with natural selection is that it must be intelligent. Intelligence must be an embedded component of the natural selection. Randomness is mathematically impossiblity for creating stability and diversity.
