The magnetic fields in the sun's corona do not convert matter into energy; that is, they do not cause nuclear fusion or particle annihilation. Instead, the intense and complex magnetic fields accumulate large amounts of energy. When the magnetic field lines reconnect, this stored energy is converted into heat and kinetic energy, accelerating vast amounts of charged particles beyond escape velocity and producing a coronal mass ejection.

If a magnetic field is converting mass to energy in the Solar Corona then can it be proved?
Explain or demonstrate how an electromagnetic field can convert matter into energy.
