One joule equals about 0.24 calories (@15 degrees C):
http://www.convertunits.com/from/joules/to/calories
Therefore, 10^-12 joules is about 2.4 x 10^-13 calories and will raise the temperature of 1 mL of water by 0.00000000000024 degrees C.
All of the energy produced by the earth is eventually radiated into space, just as energy received from the sun is. As long as the outgoing radiation is equaled by incoming radiation plus energy generated by the earth itself, the earth's mean temperature will remain constant.
