How do Quarks and Strings relate?
How do open and closed strings moving on the 2D String surface relate with Quarks and matter? Are Strings the vibrations found in , muons, neutrinos and quarks

A string is 10^-33 cm in size. If you were the size of a plank, it may be possible to hug a "closed string", otherwise, you might be able to embrace a quark. For a quark, it would have to be a very fast hug considering that some quark types only exist for a billionth of a second.
