I did some searching and I found plenty of antimicrobiral scrub options, but most from within the medical and dental industry, it might not be a bad place to start your search as their fields certainly overlap, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
On the other side of the coin you could start by contacting someone in the Textile industry who could lead you in the right direction in finding a microbial expert in that industry. Good Luck!

How can I find a Subject Matter Expert in anti-microbial treatment of textiles, particularly scrubs?
Looking to identify specialists that can help me understand the treatment options available , studies, regulations and current markets for antimicrobial treated scrubs or protective apparel. how could I find such a person?
