Delta formula

I need a math formula that calculate the delta of values in a range of time.

Ex:

Value1:Time1
Value2:Time1
Value1:Time2
Value2:Time2

By delta do you mean the difference between the last and the first meassurement?
Lacking a better example than 1 and 2 I would go for:
D(Value 1) = Value 1 at time 2 - Value 1 at time 1.
And the same for Value 2.

Delta for value 1 is equal to the difference between Value 1 Time 2 and Value 1 Time 1, divided by the difference between Time 2 and Time 1.
Ditto for value 2.
