Does the brain exhibit quantum processes?

Parts of the brain follow neuron firing sequences. However, scientist are observing behavior in the brain that suggest quantum events because of speed differentials between the brain regions for communication. Is the brain a quantum processor?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you're talking about the ideas put forth in "What the Bleep" and "The Secret," you should know that both are so much hokum. Neither have any scientific validity, and indeed, both can be very dangerous.

They advocate throwing out your medications, claim that if you don't think about an illness you can't get it, and so on. They lead to blame-the-victim mentality, thinking you can get something for nothing, more illness when people rely on "positive thinking" to heal them, and more.

No! I'm talking computer science.

I'm talking about D-Wave lectures on Quantum Computing. The idea is that the brain exhibits quantum computing.

Oh! Okay... "brain" and "quantum mechanics" are buzz words that these New Age folks use.

For instance, doesn't this site seem like that's what they're doing? This is the sort of stuff that comes up.

The rationale to believe one can freeze your brain, while young, store it, and in future, unfreeze the brain, digitally scan it and download it into a machine is crazy.
