In 2061, Halley's closest approach to the sun will be on July 28 and to Earth on July 29. At that time, the comet will be at its brightest, but it will also be between us and the sun and somewhat difficult to see. Overall, the 2061 appearance will not be one of Halley's best.
First two links are general information about Halley, third link will generate a list of celestial coordinates for Halley in 2061 (click on "Generate Ephemeris"), fourth link is a sky map for the area where Halley will be best seen in 2061, and fifth link is an all-sky map for the approximate date (compare with previous map; note that Halley will be very low in the northwest after sunset from midnorthern latitudes and all but invisible from the Southern Hemisphere.

The last time Haley's Comet came through was 1986. It comes around every 75 - 76 years, so that means.... if my math is right.... next time it comes around would be roughly 2061.
