I can't find any reports or images indicating that the Spitzer Space Telescope has observed WR25, but Hubble and the XMM-Newton x-ray observatory have. WR25 is a Wolf-Rayet star, a massive supergiant near the end of its life which has lost its remaining hydrogen due to intense stellar winds; in effect, it's the exposed helium core of a pre-supernova. The XMM-Newton observations support previous observations indicating that WR25 is a binary star, consisting of the Wolf-Rayet primary and a smaller, dimmer companion (which is still an O-class main-sequence star over 20 times more massive than the sun).
