I'm assuming you mean 1600m and the splits are at 400m (most tracks are 400m). But given this, there are 4 laps/mile.
5 minutes 50 seconds = 350seconds
So 350s/4laps = 87.5seconds/lap =
1:27.5 at 400m
2:55 at 800m
4:22.5 at 1200m
5:50 at 1600m
This is pretty simple math, you can use this same formula to figure out splits for any other time you want.

Resist the temptation to go any faster in the beginning and run your race -- not the race of whoever else is on the track with you.
Good luck!

Mile time splits???
I usually run a 6:00-6:20 mile. I have a time trial today for cross country (one mile) and I wanted to get my time under 6:00 (as in 5:50-5:55). What should my splits be? Thanks!!

Since you'll be on the limit of your current conditioning, you will probably want to run slightly faster the first half mile, but not too much so. Assuming you can accurately control your pace, I would go out in 80s for 400m and be at 2:50 for the half. Then its a matter of hanging on. You'll know by then if you've got it in you. Resist the temptation to go any faster in the beginning and run your race -- not the race of whoever else is on the track with you.
Good luck!
