Did runner Rosie Ruiz ever confess that she cheated in the Boston Marathon?

Rosie Ruiz won the Boston Marathon in 1980, but was later stripped from the title after it was discovered she had cheated and did not run the full Marathon. She denied for many years that she cheated. Has she ever confessed?

I can't find a confession, only that when she was last contacted that she didn't want to talk about it.
