Resources for RIA (Silverlight) Interface Design
I am a newbie in the field of Rich Internet Applications and especially Interface Design. I want to create a relatively complex RIA app and plan on using Blend 3 (can import assets from Photoshop and Illustrator) and Silverlight 3 at the tool and platform respectively.
I am looking for guidance on good resources around RIA interface design preferably hands-on using some tool.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

First, I suggest you to learn the patterns & practices guidance from Microsoft developer such as Prism, MVC, etc. It will be useful for rapid application development. You could get them at Codeplex Pattern & Practices . If you need extra Silverlight components, you can download Silverlight Toolkit. The Silverlight Toolkit is a collection of Silverlight controls,
components and utilities made available outside the normal Silverlight
release cycle. And click here to see a list of WPF Resources. It is recommended that you google WPF or Silverlight personal blogs. They often have very helpful articles.
