Recipes for an okra-phobe?
Being a foodie and an enlightened person, I want to get over my food phobias. But I don't know the first thing about cooking okra. Do you have any good recipes I can try? I'd prefer something not like gumbo or fried okra where the slimy parts of the okra are, er, "enhanced" by the cooking method. Thanks!
