Who is your choice to win the Top Chef title tonight on Bravo TV's Top Chef New York Finale?
Carla Hall, Stefan Richter and Hosea Rosenberg are heading into tonight's Top Chef finale. Who will emerge as the Top Chef this time around? Please provide back-up for your answer. The Tip will be awarded to whoever has the right answer tomorrow with the best back-up for why that chef "should" have won.

Stefan's pretty much got this year's win in the bag, and with good reason -- besides being great television, the man can cook.
But hoping for a Carla upset, because she's selling is green eggs and ham that is actually delicious to people who are not four years old.

None of us guessed that Hosea would walk away with the prize. Thanks everyone for answering.
I pick Stefan. He's probably the most skilled and experienced of the three, and if he actually gives it 100%, he's going to be pretty much unstoppable. He's certainly not the nicest chef, but I think he's the best chef.
I'm rooting for Carla. Her winning recipe last week was fantastic. I'm also partial to a woman winning. There aren't enough female chefs!
