Reaching the goal or the journey, which is more important?

Tip for best answer: M$1.10
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I do not see a singular goal so for me personally the journey is more important because the journey is the goal. My life is a series of very small events that could be called goals all of which collectively will be seen in hindsight as part of the and on the same road to the same goal. My goal is to live.

What happens along the way is the journey and is the life that in the end I will call "lived" and then at my death the goal will have been met ...the journey of my life will have been played out and only then will I be able to say that my goal has been met, my life has been lived. Without this journey of living the end goal of a life lived could never be met.
