Regifting is good only if
1.You regift to someone who does not know the person the gift originated from.
2.You regift to someone who actually would like the gift.(Chances are you are regifting because you did not like this gift yourself)
3.Last but not least,Regifting is good if you think the gift is truly regiftable.If it is a piece of garbage gift,you do not want people to think you buy crappy gifts.
