Patron and sliced lemons is referring to an alcoholic cocktail (a mixture of reagents and alcohol). Russel Simmons is basically one of the fathers of Hip Hop. Therefore Flo Rida (this is who is speaking I believe) is saying that: Women can tell that I want them to dance with me (in a disco/clustered/mixed way), and get into it hip-hop style.
