"Waistline makes my soldier salute ,I'm a brute," this line is what we call a double entendre " A double entendre " or adianoeta1 is a figure of speech in which a spoken phrase is devised to be understood in either of two ways. Often the first meaning is straightforward, while the second meaning is less so; often risqué, inappropriate, or ironic." (information obtain from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_entendre) . The singer is saying the way the woman move her waist stimulates him sexually and makes his penis(soldier salut) become erect. By stating "I'm a brute" he is indicating that he is ready for sex and also when it comes to sex he has the sexuall drive to satisfy that last for a long time.

"high from your high heel game High heels push up ya ass last name" being that the girl is dancer{high heel game} or could be a stripper in the club he is stating that she is the best {high} at what she does it can also be referring the fact that while doing her job she is above everyone due to the fact they are usually elevated so that all the people in the club can see them. The last statement "High heels push up ya ass last name" is stating that the high heels(shoes) she is wearing literally push up her buttocks in the air and he is trying to flatter her by saying that because of the shape of her buttocks(booty) no doubt that has to be her last name.
