Puppies Behind Bars is an impressive program. I wonder if we have something similar in Canada?

Many countries in fact have programs that model the 'Puppies Behind Bars' program pairing high functioning and deserving prison inmates as trainers with potential service dogs - these programs have proved to be extremely successful both for inmate populations and for the service dog organizations - not to mention the individual who ultimately ends up with the certified service dog as their trusted companion.
