The song Linoleum by NOFX sampled from what 80's song or commercial?

I swear there was like a commercial or something that used the same tune from the end of Linoleum. If you watch the youtube link the part I'm talking about is about 1:40 in.

It's a pretty basic melody, just 4 notes going down. It could have easily been used in other songs before, if not exactly, something similar for sure.
