Shots required for a pug puppy are similar to those for any other puppy, but you must watch your pug carefully for a reaction. Sometimes, they can be allergic to vaccines. Pugs are brachialsephalic which means squished face. This is so they have a more human appearance, but the result is difficulty breathing in some situations. We had a pugs for many years.
They actually need alot of exercise.They tend to be pudgy dogs.Our both pugs got a bit overweight once they stopped playing in the yard.

Here in NY a pure bread registered pug cost between $600-$1000.
My Vet requires rabies,distemper and one other shot which I can not recall the name of. You will also want to have a heartworm test done.
As for food,You will need to find what YOUR pug likes.Not all dogs like the same stuff.Ours loved canned food. We bough small amounts of several kinds to find what he liked.
