What do you think of Obama's health plan?

Should the USA have universal health care, or should it be a mix of insurance company provided health care and government health care?

Yes the USA should have universal health care, but that doesn't mean that it would not be a mix of insurance provided health care and government health care. Countries such as the netherlands, australia, and Japan use private insurance to cover people but do so in a way that ensures universal coverage.

Right now it is hard to say what Obama's health plan is. There are more then a few floating around congress.

All health care systems have pros and cons, but it is silly that people go bankrupt due to health care bills. It is also ridiculous that people stay in jobs they hate, or decide not to build a business of their own just to keep their health insurance.

So i am supportive of change that helps cover more people and stops some of the abuses that insurance companies have done like denying coverage due to technicalities or not covering preexisting conditions.

Obama? Let me tell you what I think of the entire system of goverment... I think it all stinks, and it doesn't matter what they throw before us, what we get is always less than what we need, so in turn, we have to keep asking!

I believe that any health care we do get, is not going to be sufficient to handle our needs, regardless of who creates the plan, as history has proven that, and any plan they do come up with will only mean, more money out of our pockets! Any solution this goverment comes up with, will always require on some level, money out of our paychecks. Collectivism is growing, while the needs of the individual, ( one individual could easily be a ratio of thousands ), are dying out! One for all and all for one is no more, replaced with one for all and all for more!

Hope this helps! My advice, don't buy into anything this government sells you, because its your money they'll be spending at the checkout lines!
