does AH1N1 scares you?
nfluenza A (H1N1) virus is a subtype of influenzavirus A and the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. Some strains of H1N1 are endemic in humans and cause a small fraction of all influenza-like illness and a large fraction of all seasonal influenza. H1N1 strains caused roughly half of all human flu infections in 2006.1 Other strains of H1N1 are endemic in pigs (swine influenza) and in birds (avian influenza).

Right now, it looks like H1N1 flu is not a major concern. The illness is generally no more serious than regular seasonal flu, although the mortality rate is somewhat higher. The latest data for H1N1 indicate a mortality rate of 0.44% (311 deaths out of 70,893 cases worldwide, with the US mortality rate about the same):

compared to 0.1-0.2% for seasonal flu in the US (based on a population of 300 million, with a 5-15% infection rate and 30,000-50,000 fatalities annually):

Bottom line: Although H1N1 is a somewhat greater threat than seasonal flu, there are far greater hazards to worry about. Accidents kill more people annually than H1N1 would if it were as widespread as the 1957 or 1968 flu pandemics (and it's nowhere near that widespread at this time):

great!
No. Its just the regular flu with some mutations that makes it easier to transmit. If your a healthy individual you should have no problem fighting this flu off. Just like any flu, the elderly and youth are at the most risk.
Now you dont want to go around people who have it or have any type of flu, because thats silly. But to alter your life so you dont go outside or anything crazy like that is (in my opinion) even more silly.
Just exercise and eat healthy and thats the best boost for your immune system. Dont smoke and get 7-8 hours of sleep and you will be in tip top shape.
