In Call of Duty 4 how do I set off the C4 detonators in the tavern? I can pick em up but what then?

Depends which console you are playing, but it is usually the 'Reload' button pressed twice in quick succession, after using 'Fire' to throw it

Thats the first step, picking up the detonators. Then run inside the other buildings and there are specific spots where the game will prompt you to place the c4 charges. If i remember correctly the spots are by the windows. Hope this helps.
