The PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto will not be getting "Lost and Damned." The reason behind this is due to Microsoft having an exclusive deal with Rockstar to produce exclusive content for the Xbox 360 version of the game. "Lost and Damned" is the first of two exclusive episodes for the Xbox 360 version of the game. You can find more on a number of different gaming sites. I will give you a link so you can read more about why it's not coming to the PS3.

When you have to choose between two versions of the game, you're probably going to pick up the one that's going to have an Expansion.
Now, that's not say that there will NEVER be Lost and the Damned on the PS3. Contracts run out, but chances are, that it's going to be released as a seperate game, as opposed to a DLC.
For the time being, don't expect Lost and the Damned, Operation Anchorage, The Pit, or any Epilogues on your Playstation 3.

I've checked the ps3 online store, and the add on isn't there.

Exclusive downloadable content is how Microsoft is attracting customers to buy THEIR versions of multi-platform games. When you have to choose between two versions of the game, you're probably going to pick up the one that's going to have an Expansion.
Now, that's not say that there will NEVER be Lost and the Damned on the PS3. Contracts run out, but chances are, that it's going to be released as a seperate game, as opposed to a DLC.

"Lost and the Damned" will probably never be DLC on PS3, but there is a likelihood that there will be a different DLC pack for PS3 and/or some sort of "Collector's Edition" GTA 4 disc for PS3 (and maybe 360) that will include "Lost and the Damned" as well as another add-on.
