Anyone own an Amazon Kindle ereader? Isn't that 6 inch screen extremely small?

I've been interested in an ereader for a long time, and today I noticed that amazon is going to offer their Kindle internationally, which has gotten me VERY interested. However, I noticed the screen-size is only 6 inches in diameter.
Anyone have experiences with that? Isn't that extremely small, or can you easily get used to that?

Anything else about the Kindle that I should know?

No it is actually perfect for reading novels.

I own a first generation kindle and love it. The screen size is really perfect for reading most books.

Now if you are a heavy PDF user and want to read things that have a more fixed layout, like technical books, then the Kindle DX is for you.

I do not have a Kindle but I have a Cybook which also has a 6 inch screen.

It is not too small. It is about the size of a book and I absolutely love it.
Most ebook readers are 6 inches.

One thing, if you live outside of the USA, you can check your country on the kindle page (where it says "check your country" just above the video demonstration)to see what restrictions or features may apply to your country. This page also has features, specs and video of the kindle.

Amazon Kindle page

Take a look at how my cybook looks next to a book. This will give you an idea of the screen size on the kindle.
