No premier date on this show either. Although it was just announced that it would be picked up for a third season (http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118002771.html?categoryid=14&cs=1&query=%22Private+Practice%22), they have not set a date for the premier.
From what I recall, the upcoming fall season dates aren't typically set until sometime in the summer.
From that web page, basic info:
"There weren’t many surprises in the Alphabet’s renewals, which included key series "Desperate Housewives," "Grey’s Anatomy," "Brothers and Sisters," "Private Practice" and "Lost," which had already been given a go-ahead and will now complete its final season next year."
