Prince of Persia 4 Theory: The Prince is an incarnation of Ormazd?
It makes sense. He refuses to talk about himself, pretends to be this callow selfish fellow, only to give himself over body and soul to protecting Elika and restoring the temple? There are several references to the original battle, stating that it was only saved due to his direct intervention. Was the Prince really Ormazd?
((of course, the ending blows my theory out of the water, but we will see how the next few games go. My money is on the Prince being the God of Light))

No one knows. I honestly don't think he is Ormahzd. I think we will have to wait and see what happens in the next game.

I finished playing the Epilogue last night, and it kinda supported my theory.
The Prince was all adamant that it was Elika that was causing the Ormahzd plates to light up because she was so powerful. He kept going on and on about how Ahruman was terrified of her power. But what if it was really the Prince that had Ahruman shaking in his boots? And the it was the Prince that was enabling Elika to keep her powers since the Temple fell?
I dunno. It fits. I can't wait for the sequel.
