Wow, I don't think there's a single President who I would have more questions for! He did so much living, he was such a big personality. Here are a few questions that are more relevant today, since you mentioned the comparison to Obama:

1. Being the "Trust Buster", Mr. President, what do you think of Microsoft and the general state of modern business? What about the bail-outs of banks and the auto industry?

2. What should we do about the environment, Mr. President? If you were the sitting President what legislation would you try to push through in relation to conservation and oil usage?

....and here's my for-fun question:

3. T.R., what would you have to say about Rush Limbaugh?

Gosh, I could probably go on and on about his thoughts on national security, international relations, civil rights, weapons, and even personal relationships. Such a wonderful and might figure in U.S. history!

Today, Teddy Roosevelt would be a member of the NRA, and the hunting lobby, not a Greenie. Pres. Roosevelt used to travel to faraway lands just to kill it's exotic wildlife. Pragmatic as he was, the solutions he put forth did more for the history books, than actual history. President Obama is making history every day he is in office. I wouldn't begin to know how to tackle the mammoth problems he has in this country. Part of me thinks he is crazy for wanting to try.

Here's an idea. Teddy Roosevelt would be both a member of the NRA and a member of the National Wildlife Federation. He was not a guy to let himself be pigeonholed by the media of either side.
