www.newgrounds.com offers the best for free offering games, flash cartoons, and separate 18 or older portions for adults (for some of the gory anamation or adult themed flash).

No, seriously, I am looking for a website SUITABLE for tweens. Children, kids, learners, beginners, innocents, impressionable, young. Ages 9-13 geesh.

ok sry so www.bigfishgames.com offers the more family oriented games. you can play together. Game wise. Maybe Funbrain.com it offers games, stories and such on the educational level. One more is zeeks.com. Hope this helps this time.

I don't know what to do, If the only answer I got is not a good answer... but then the person did come up with a good answer in a reply.. Should I go back and give them the BEST ANSWER $? but then I am saying it is a good answer, and it's not..!
