Granted, I can run a userstyle with remember me to automatically fill in the meebo login. However this is a pain on remote systems.

Is meebo considered a proxy between the client and IM service or no ?
And if thats the case, if traffic from the client to meebo is not using the same protocol as meebo to the IM service (aim,msn,yahoo msngr,jabber etc) then is that specific traffic encrypted ?
