Hiya @safi ;)

Stumble is BRILLIANT!! :D

If you go to my profile here on Mahalo you'll find a link to my StumbleUpon profile and all of the sites I've favourited.

I installed the Stumble toolbar a year ago and it's sooo addictive!

As far as I know, you don't have to install the toolbar any more and you can just Stumble directly from the site, so you can still use it if you don't fancy installing anything ;)

The way it works with the toolbar is you have the "Stumble" button - one click of this takes you to a random website (based on your previously chosen topics of interest - when you sign up you get to choose all of your interests from a list). Sometimes it will be great, sometimes it might be a bit rubbish. That's ok though, because next to the "Stumble" button there are two other buttons; "thumbs up" and "thumbs down". If you like the site Stumble has provided you with, then you can click on the thumbs up and it will add that page to your list of favourites in your account. If you don't like the site, you can click on the thumbs down button and it will stop showing you similar sites that you don't like!

There is also a "share" button - this contains a list of your friends on Stumble, as well as any other email addresses you want to send stuff to. This means that even if a friend doesn't have a StumbleUpon account, you can still send them a great page directly to their email address with just one click! ;)

Right, I can't think of any other details right now, but if you have any more questions then just ask and if you decide to get an account with StumbleUpon, let me know!! :D

Here is a good review about Stumbleupon taken from About.com because i am not using it.
---quote--
StumbleUpon really is very easy to use, and you don't have to do much more than install the toolbar and pick your interests to enjoy it. But you will get the most mileage by befriending users with similar interests and joining groups that correspond to those interests. This will help StumbleUpon do a better job at finding websites that interest you.

As with all social websites, user participation is key. You don't have to participate to enjoy the benefits of StumbleUpon, but they have made it easy to give a thumbs up to websites you like, and a thumbs down to sites you just don't think cut it.

It's pretty easy to write a review if you are the one discovering the site. The toolbar will pop up a window for you to pick the website's topic and there is a space to write a quick review. But, if the site has already been discovered, you have to click the reviews button and then click the review this page button.

stumbleupon is a website you submit your favorite sites to, its used to calculate what you like vs what other people like in your area.. so say you like sailing and you submit a site about sailing and someone in your area does the same stumbleupon will show you matches of people that have similar tastes as you..

Stumbleupon is also used as like a im feeling lucky search engine... and what i mean by that is, if you do a search like sailing in the search field, stumbleupon will automatically find the best website based on there algorithem that best fits your needs. You can keep pressing stumble also until you find a site about sailing that is 100% of what you need.. It is more of a fun site I wouldnt use it for informational use but it definitely can be fun.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

I'm not sure what your talking about when you say "fan" but when i said I'm feeling lucky search what i meant by that was that stumbleupon has a similar feature called stumble.. If you go to stumbleupon website enter a search and then hit the stumble button i was referring that it is like I'm feeling lucky like what google has. All it means is they pick a website at random to show you, however i think it is based on more so what will suit you best for what your searching.

If you need more clarification just let me know.

Thanks, Mike !
