Why is it that some Torrent sites...

Why is it that some Torrent sites are pass-keyed and ask you to login but then deny you registration because of either invite only or a capped amount of members?

Why post the torrents on free torrent sites if you can't register anyway.

Its like promoting for something you cant have...

like here... here is that perfect size perfect video and audio quality sized movie but no you need to be registered...
sorry no resistrations - invites only...

honeslty its like dangling a lollipop infront of a child then handing it to them then grabbing it back and stomping on it on the floor.

anyone have any invites to sites like
ilovetorrents,
Filebits,
hd-bits
Thebox
Blith-Q

Much appreciative.

If i get invited for membership for the (i love torrents) site there a $M5 donation in it.
Ill DM you the tip if you can by asking for my personal email.

Since thats really the answer i'm looking for is how to become a member.

I've never even heard of those torrent sites you listed!

The only private one I'm part of is Demonoid...which is going through major maintenance issues now.

Actually one of the main reasons is to keep the files available to dedicated and reliable sources, so they'll always be available to download. Another is to help more-or-less keep them off the RIAA and other major companies radars.

sites like mininova, and demonoid etc are fluke with the items you need to read ratings and comments to make sure stuff is right.

Superfundo.org - for movies
EZTV.nl - for TV shows

both are moderated for perfect quality movies/tv shows
all the titles are correct and the moderators make sure of that.
the two sites i listed you dont need to worry.

but those sites dont have certain things so when i go to
Torrents.to - it searches all the bestest torrent sites at once
a bunch of the torrents are locked on those sites i listed in the above list.

but why restrict registration
The obvious run the site to make ad money.
more people more money right?

RIAA is a good reason to restrict but 1 or 1,000,000 is still breaking the law.

i dont think posting here will help much, consider emailing the people that own those sites... Im sure they will help if they appreciate your business.

Thanks Mike !

see thats the thing.
they don't want you to email them asking for invites or acceptance.
Its like you have to hunt for someone who is involved and then get an invite.
