Why does LinkedIn Search not work most of the time?

Some parts of LinkedIn are accessible, but more times than not when I try to run a search in the main LinkedIn search query (from Safari), it just hangs and hangs and hangs. WTF??

I am not sure, perhaps you should try to the "advance search" instead of the regular search, maybe it will give you more luck.
