These folks supply Coke with the mouse pads:
http://ezprints.com/
On the bottom of the product description for the mouse pad it says to consult them for terms and conditions.
You can however, get custom photos or artwork printed on mouse pads at many in-store photo printing centers. Walmart, grocery stores, etc are all good places to look if you'd like one.

Who supplies the coke mouse pad on www.mycokerewards.com?
There is a mouse pad on www.mycokerewards.com. It says that the customer must pay shipping charges, so I was wondering where its comming from. If it is from an online store that I already shop at, I want the mouse pad, but otherwise I don't want to pay for shipping.
