No, I would not, because she's a crude, ignorant partisan hack whose grasp on reality is loose at best.
Here's Bachmann suggesting that we should investigate members of Congress looking for "anti-America" types. (She also used this opportunity to call the US President and his wife anti-American, based on no more evidence than the personal views of his pastor and his one-time participation on a supervisory committee with a former radical.)

That sentiment alone, that we should be investigating politicians for ideological purity, is so dangerous and misinformed, I think it bars her from consideration for the presidency right there.
But unfortunately...THERE'S MORE! Here's Michele praising Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh as important sources for "the truth":

Here's Michele implying that the health care bill will lead to 13 year olds taking field trips to get abortions:

Then, of course, there was Bachmann's recent "teabagger" rally against the Health Care Bill that included posters comparing the Democratic proposal with The Holocaust.

Here's Bachmann in 2007 comparing Iraq's Green Zone to the Mall of America:

I actually had to look this one up to make sure it was accurate, it's so unbelievable. Bachmann calls on her constituents to be "armed and dangerous" in opposing Obama's PLAN TO REDUCE GLOBAL WARMING!

ARMED AND DANGEROUS! I think, as a rule, we generally ought to avoid electing politicians who are actively calling for armed rebellion against the US Government. At least, for the time being.
