No. This fellow is just another mock conservative miming the corrupt views that have gotten the party into disrepute the last hundred years. A real conservative would have a completely different agenda and would attempt to conserve the best of society and the country by promoting environmental concerns and education. A true conservative would also stress stabilizing the population size and preventing mass immigration. Chaffetz does not seem to have anything genuinely conservative on his agenda.
