• In 1987, established his business Warr's Men's Clothing, which he still owns.
• Worked in real estate investment and management.
• Founding director and Vice Chairman of Coast Community Bank.
• President of the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce.
• President of The Harrison County Chapter of the American Heart Association.
• Chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee, Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.
