Apparently National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair thought so since it was announced on February 6, 2009 that he appointed former CIA director, John Deutch, to serve on an intelligence advisory committee.
Although Deutch violated CIA policy by keeping top secret documents on his home computer, and as a result, lost his security clearance. Duetch's clearance was restored in August 2007 by current CIA Director Mike Hayden. I just hope he is not one of the people who has access to President Obama's blackberry!
