How many threats against Barack Obama have there been in the past two years?

I see Alfred Brock was attested two days ago, and I remember some skinheads making a threat.

How many threats have there been? (publicly disclosed of course)
What were those threats?
When were those threats?
have there been more threats against Obama than other US Presidents?

The number of threats will not be reported by any credible agency, i.e. Secret Service. However, they have reported that law enforcement officials are seeing more against Pres. Obama than ever before.

This was reported by MSNBC:

The Secret Service would not comment or provide the number of cases they are investigating. But since the Nov. 4 election, law enforcement officials have seen more potentially threatening writings, Internet postings and other activity directed at Obama than has been seen with any past president-elect, said officials aware of the situation who spoke on condition of anonymity because the issue of a president's security is so sensitive.

Earlier this week, the Secret Service looked into the case of a sign posted on a tree in Vay, Idaho, with Obama's name and the offer of a "free public hanging." In North Carolina, civil rights officials complained of threatening racist graffiti targeting Obama found in a tunnel near the North Carolina State University campus.

Law enforcement officials say Barack Obama is the most threatened president-elect in history. Potentially threatening writings, Internet chatter, and other activity aimed at Obama has soared since Election Day, accompanied by a surge in racist graffiti. Officials say most of the threats come from ranters lacking the power to harm Obama, but they can't afford to take anything less than seriously.

IAugust 2008 - The Secret Service arrested a 22-year-old man in Miami on charges he threatened to kill Obama, then a democratic presidential nominee.
Raymond Hunter Geisel allegedly referred to Obama with a racial epithet and continued, 'If he gets elected, I'll assassinate him myself.' "

November 2008 - A Southern California man was charged with threatening a presidential candidate, for posting a racist note to a Yahoo message board in October expressing displeasure over Barack Obama's candidacy, and predicting "he will have a 50 cal in the head soon."

October 2008 - Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman, 18, were arrested in Tennessee for possession of firearms, threats against a candidate running for president and conspiring to rob a gun store (these are the skinheads refered in the question)

January 2009 - Mark Miyashiro, 56, is accused of planning to attack Obama on his upcoming trip to Hawaii. Miyashiro told his psychiatrist he wanted to attack Obama with a sling-shot and marble.
