Does anyone know when S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford's term is up?

Assuming he will serve his entire term, this term will expire at noon on the first Wednesday following the second Tuesday in January, 2011. This is his second consecutive term, so he is not eligible for re-election in 2010. However, the South Carolina constitution does not limit the number of non-consecutive terms a person may serve as governor.
