Do you think Sherri Goforth should have been fired for sending an offensive photo of Barack Obama in an email?

Today it was reported that Senator Diane Black decided to "reprimand" and not fire her administrative assistant Sherri Goforth. In May, Goforth sent out a photo via email. Tennessee Democrats called the email a "bigoted attack on our President" and asked for Goforth's dismissal.

The photo (see below) featured a collage of all the American president's portraits with President Barack Obama's spot as just a black box with white eyes.
